We live in an increasingly polarised world of politics. Whether domestic or international, partisan politics is become ever more binary. Tribalism is the new norm and seems to be exacerbated by the rise of social media. People are forced too choose between two sides, and expected to adhere to the ideologies and policies of their respective parties.

In such an environment, can we reconcile differences and move beyond partisan politics? Can we re-invent a new political philosophy that reconciles the needs of the individual and of society?
